Charleston Math & Science Riptide Varsity Volleyball began their season with a strong start. Taking a win against  Burke on September 13th and having an amazing outcome from their tri match against PSA and St. John’s high school.

Yesterday Charleston Charter managed to beat PSA for the first time in 5 years!  Winning the first set 25-22,  losing their second set 19-25, and taking the full win after the third set with a score of 25-17.

Riptide took charge and fought hard for their victory against their opponents, beating St. Johns High School 2 sets in a row.

Zian Simmons, Maggie Bond, Covey Alexander,  and Wesley Hider had many consistent serves and also brought in some Aces. Chelsea Brown, Hayes Garvin , and Vessel Lutvia were on fire in the middle producing some amazing hits and awesome blocks!

Charleston Charter record is a clean 3-0
